Meet the Founder, Pavan Narang

Pavan Narang founded North PMG after 9 years in the industry, having managed a diverse portfolio of properties and worked through tenant relations, maintenance, financial analysis and marketing from the inside.

He is also a landlord himself. That is the part that shapes the company: he has had the vacancy that would not fill, the repair that arrived at the worst possible moment, and the tenant conversation nobody wants to have. North PMG is built around not handing those to you.

The goal is straightforward — landlords should get the return on a rental without the second job that usually comes with it.
