Terms & Conditions

About this website

This website is operated by North Property Management Group, part of North Holdings Group, a property management company operating in Windsor.

Listings and availability

Rental listings are advertised as available at the time of publication. Availability, rent, and the details of any property can change, and a listing is not an offer of tenancy. Nothing on this site forms part of a lease.

Forms and applications

Submitting a rental application does not create a tenancy or reserve a property. Applications are assessed, and we may ask for further information before making a decision.

Programs described on this site

The Rent to Own and Rent Guarantee pages describe programs whose terms are set out in the agreements for those programs, not on this website. Where the two differ, the signed agreement governs.
