Apply online. This replaces the PDF that had to be printed, filled in and emailed back.

What We Ask For, and What We Do Not

We do not ask for your Social Insurance Number or your date of birth. Neither is needed to screen a tenancy, and holding them alongside identity documents creates a risk to you that we have no good reason to create.

We ask how many people will live in the unit, not who they are or how they are related to you. Family and marital status are protected grounds under Ontario’s Human Rights Code and are none of our business.

Applications are stored securely and are visible only to North PMG staff. Unsuccessful applications are deleted six months after a decision is made.

Document uploads need the Firebase Blaze plan, which is not enabled yet. Your application will still be submitted without them.

Before You Start

  • Have your current address and how long you have lived there.
  • Have your employer’s name and your income before tax.
  • Have a landlord reference and one personal reference.
  • One application per adult applicant.
